Effective Date: August 10, 2026
Last Updated: August 10, 2026
Welcome to zemoredesign.com.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of zemoredesign.com (the “Website”) and your interactions with Zemore Indie Consulting (“Zemore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through the Website.
By accessing or using the Website, submitting information through our forms, or otherwise interacting with features made available through the Website, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.
1. About Zemore
Zemore Indie Consulting provides services related to indie game marketing, consulting, public relations, creative services, market research, community development, playtesting, creator outreach, and other related services.
Information provided on the Website is intended to explain our services, showcase our work, provide industry information, and allow developers, studios, publishers, journalists, content creators, and other interested parties to contact or connect with us.
These Terms govern use of the Website. They do not, by themselves, establish a paid client relationship with Zemore.
2. Client Engagements
Submitting an inquiry, booking a call, communicating with our team, or otherwise contacting Zemore does not automatically create a client, agency, consulting, employment, partnership, or other contractual relationship.
Paid services may be subject to a separate:
- Service agreement
- Proposal
- Statement of work
- Contract
- Invoice
- Order form
- Campaign agreement
- Other written agreement
Such agreements may contain additional terms concerning fees, deliverables, timelines, intellectual property, confidentiality, payment, cancellation, revisions, ownership, and other obligations.
If a separate written agreement between you and Zemore conflicts with these Website Terms regarding a paid service, the separate agreement will control for that service.
3. No Guarantee of Marketing Results
Game marketing and public relations involve factors outside Zemore’s control.
Unless specifically guaranteed in a separate written agreement, Zemore does not guarantee any particular result from its services or information provided through the Website.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Number of game sales
- Revenue
- Steam wishlists
- Downloads
- Players
- Social media followers
- Social media engagement
- Press coverage
- Reviews
- Influencer or content creator coverage
- Event acceptance
- Festival acceptance
- Publishing opportunities
- Funding
- Community growth
- Commercial success
Recommendations, forecasts, strategies, audits, market research, or other information provided by Zemore are intended to assist clients in making informed decisions but cannot guarantee a particular commercial outcome.
4. Case Studies and Previous Results
The Website may display case studies, testimonials, statistics, campaign results, client results, or examples of previous work.
These examples are provided to demonstrate previous projects and experiences. They should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee that another game, project, campaign, or client will achieve the same or similar results.
Every game, market, audience, campaign, development team, budget, release window, and marketing environment is different.
5. Business and Client Inquiries
You may provide information through the Website when contacting us about a potential project or service.
You agree that information you provide should, to the best of your knowledge:
- Be accurate
- Not intentionally misrepresent your identity or organization
- Not infringe the rights of another person
- Not contain malicious software or harmful content
- Be information you are authorized to provide
Submitting an inquiry does not require Zemore to accept your project, provide a proposal, enter into negotiations, or provide services.
Zemore reserves the right to accept or decline potential projects at its discretion, subject to applicable law.
6. Press and PR Mailing List
Journalists, editors, writers, publications, media representatives, and other press professionals may have the opportunity to submit information to Zemore for inclusion in our press or PR contact database.

- Press releases

- Game launches
- Updates
- Media opportunities
- Review opportunities
- Events

Joining the press mailing list does not guarantee that you will receive every press release, game key, media opportunity, or campaign communication.
You may request removal from our mailing list at any time.
7. Content Creators
Content creators, streamers, YouTubers, influencers, reviewers, and similar individuals may submit information to Zemore for potential campaign opportunities.
Submission does not guarantee:
- Free game keys
- Review copies
- Sponsorships
- Paid collaborations
- Campaign participation
- Early access
- Playtest access
- Partnership opportunities
- Responses from developers or publishers
Zemore or the relevant developer, publisher, or client may determine eligibility for an opportunity based on factors relevant to a particular campaign.
Game keys, access codes, review copies, confidential materials, or similar items provided through a campaign may also be subject to additional campaign-specific terms.
Unless expressly permitted, recipients must not sell or commercially redistribute game keys, access codes, confidential materials, or other materials provided specifically for their individual use.
8. Information You Submit
When submitting information through the Website, you represent that you have the right to provide that information.
You should not knowingly submit confidential, proprietary, personal, or sensitive information belonging to another person or organization unless you are authorized to do so.
You retain ownership of materials you provide to us unless otherwise agreed.
By voluntarily submitting materials for the purpose of evaluating a potential project, inquiry, campaign, press opportunity, or business relationship, you give Zemore permission to review and internally use those materials as reasonably necessary to respond to your submission.
Any broader rights involving client assets, game footage, branding, artwork, intellectual property, or other materials used during a paid engagement should be governed by the applicable service agreement.
9. Privacy

You are responsible for reviewing the terms and privacy practices of websites you visit.
15. Website Availability
We aim to maintain the Website and keep its information useful and accessible, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

This may include loss arising from reliance on general Website information, third-party services, external links, temporary Website unavailability, or unauthorized use of the Website by another person.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Liability relating to paid client services may be governed separately by the applicable service agreement.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses reasonably arising from:
- Your unlawful use of the Website

22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our Website, services, business practices, or legal obligations change.
When these Terms are updated, the Last Updated date at the top of this page will be revised.
Where required by applicable law, additional notice may be provided for material changes.
Your use of the Website is subject to the version of these Terms in effect at the relevant time.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary under applicable law.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
24. No Waiver
If Zemore does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not automatically mean we waive our right to enforce that provision later.
Any waiver must comply with applicable law.
25. Entire Agreement for Website Use
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the general terms governing your use of the Website.
They do not replace a separate service agreement, proposal, contract, statement of work, campaign agreement, confidentiality agreement, or other agreement entered into between Zemore and another party.
